Yet again, this is why I LOVE hungry-girl.com, she just did a tribute to Fiber One and showed how you can re-create all our favorite guilty pleasures into low calorie HEALTHY FOODS! I am so impressed. Can't wait to make them all. I have used Fiber one to bread Tilapia and it was wonderful so I am really looking forward to this. While I'm sure her versions may taste great and less calories ... many great swaps I have seen but I don't like that they rely on products and fat free everything ... what happened to good old fashioned clean ingredients?
