Day One - Post Pregnancy- Trimming down from 165 to 135

Day One...

I am in my late 20's and I love food and I love to eat. But, I Hate dieting.
I generally eat healthy but my pregnancy has made me gain 30 extra pounds. It has been 6 months since I gave birth and given my body enough time to recover. I plan on using this myFitnesspal and exercise to bring my self back into shape.
Currently i am 165 and want to drop down to 135. This is not going to be easy for me but I plan to find time (35mins-1hour) every day and work out.

  • Make sure to take at least one rest day a week otherwise your body won't have time to recover and that can result in injury. Good luck!
