hey, I am odina, I am 27,Live in Manchester and been struggling with the last bit of weight.
I have been trying to lose some weight at 1,400 calories with exercise burning about 400-600 to no avail. I would over eat and try to compensate with a jog and lost weight so slowly I started to get discouraged. If I don't see results in time I give up (i'ts just my kind of person) so I switched to this ridiculous 800 cal a day on weekdays were I eat over 1000 and burn at least 300. On weekends I'll do 1,400 and burn 600. On Wednesday I eat 800-1000 and do some low impact aerobics and yoga to burn only about 200 - 250.0 -
