So I have been working on weight loss for while. However it wasn't until I started working out that people actually noticed. Which makes sense cause my body has changed quite a bit. While all my clothes have been thrown away cause they are way too big and that is a great thing, I would imagine I am like most and not that paitent with weight loss and get frustrated cause its not happening faster. I do know I am toning up and getting stronger and all that. But to tide me over from my weight loss goals I thought I would share a couple NSVs

- Last Friday morning I was out for a morning run and I passed a slightly older woman, I am 39, she must have been maybe 45 50 years old. Could tell she was a runner and very attractive. Anyways - As I was running by I smiled to say good morning and she says " Looking good young man " - Now that has never happened and was a pretty good ego boost

- Over the weekend I went out of town to coach my daughters fastpitch softball team in a national qualifier tournament. Now this usually means tons of beers and complete numbskullery at the pool with all the parents. I have always been ashamed of my body and always would be a TSHIRT SWIMMER, well this time I took my shirt off and felt proud and got a lot of compliments on my progress, so I proceeded to sit shirtless most of the night by the pool drinking beer and performing belly flops! Which led to brusing on my stomach and chest. UGH the things we do when drinking

- Just now I noticed my polar loop was just flopping around on my wrist. Well the LOOP needs to be cut down to the wrist size when first purchased and it needs to be snug. I was able to cut off 2 more lengths on the wrist strap.

all of these are great NSVs for me! And make me want to shout out SKIDALEEDOO!!!!

Ok I am done self praising now! Carry on

Fantastic stuff, really pleased for you. When thinking about the speed of loss just remember how long it took to put that poundage on. You're a bloke and you're focused, just keep with your plan, it will come soon enough.

    Well done again
