I have been making this delish chicken dish, but am not sure how to figure out the calories and fat.
I marinate the chicken in olive oil, lemon and lots of garlic. I then grill the chicken on a foremen grill.
How do I count the oil, since I discard the oil

Couple of schools of thought I've seen on this.
1) Just count all of it (definitely overestimated).
2) Make your best guess and log a portion of it (definitely inaccurate).
3) Weigh your marinade before you apply it to the chicken, and weigh what's left after you're done. Subtract that fraction from the total to get what you should log (definitely time consuming).0
