Not losing any weight

:ohwell: I am so frustrated and about to give up! I have been so faithful with staying under my 1200 calories per day, drinking plenty of water, moving more including walking and logging anywhere between 5000 and 10000 steps a day on my fit bit, average 5 to 12 stairs and getting enough sleep as well. I would say that on average I am moderately active for 5 of the 7 days a week. I have been doing this logging thing for a good six months - even though it says 45 days it's not - I missed a day in between so it's like 150 or so days I have been logging all my food and beverages. In that time I have not lost one pound!!! Instead, I choose to not weigh myself in a month and I look and I have gained 2lbs!!! I need help, what are your thoughts?

Can't see your diary so I can't offer any specific advice.
In general, weigh your food and measure your liquids. Every little nibble and sip.0 -
Any details? Can you open your diary? Are you logging your food accurately (weighing all solids, measuring all liquids)? How long have you been trying? What kind of exercise are you doing? What is your height and current weight, and what is your goal?0

Where do we start...
Are you eating within calories?
Are you logging everything?
Do you have a medical condition that could prevent you from losing weight?
Do you want to lose weight?
A little more information would help people give advice0 -
My diary is public...0

My diary is public...
We still can't see it unless it's only visible to friends.0 -
I cannot see your diary.0

Your diary is private as others have said, but being under 1200 calories isn't very healthy.0 -
Eat more calories.
Eat more calories.
Eat more calories.0 -
Eat more calories.
Eat more calories.
Eat more calories.
If she was truly eating less than 1200 calories a day I would fully agree that that is not enough and she should eat more however if she has been "eating under 1200 calories a day" and maintaining her weight for 6 months then she isn't actually eating less than 1200 calories per day.0 -

The truth.
Modify the way you are logging your calories. I would guess that you are not accurately measuring portions. Underestimations add up quickly.0 -
