Hey all,
I am new to this. I come from a fitness background and played sports my whole life. I started crossfit and was immediately injured a few months later. After a while, and a new full time job (+60 hours a week) I finally found a schedule that works for me.
I have been getting up at 4:30 am and going to the gym at about 5:00 am. I work out until about 6 and come home.
I am 5'-10" , currently 239 (started at 245) , and my GW is 190.
I got married 8 months ago, and currently have a child on the way...!
So here's to getting back in shape... Good luck everybody.
