I keep lookibg on the web and seeing people with amazing reults and I've done the program for 20 days and have not seen any progress so I stopped, and lately I've been thinking if I didn't give it enough time. So I was wondering if anyone that had done the 30DS also not get any results? I don't have much to lose I just wanna be toned

how are you tracking results?
I took measurments, weight and pics...
weight not so much (wasn't weighing my food), measurments I did have progress there...keep in mind tho I hadn't done any kind of exercise in years..literally years...pics I didn't see a whole lot of difference until I compared day 1 to day 30.
My sister uses that, extreme shed and shred along with ripped in 30...and has gotten great results...but she has consistently done them for about 8 months.0 -
I didn't track results I just went by what I saw in the mirror. I think I may give it another go and this time take pics and measurements and prob more time0

Yah don't trust your eye
I liked it, my sister loves it...all of the ones I mentioned and she is pretty lean now due to those videos, some cardio and karate 2x a week.0 -
I didn't have much result from it, but that's because It wasn't super challenging.
Maybe you're just more fit than you thought? In that case YAYA and step it up to a more difficult video.
In any case, congrats on finishing the program.0 -
Wow that's awesome. I've been lifting but I don't seem to enjoy it and wanted to try other things and I'm glad you say your sister got lean using those0

you HAVE to take pics!! I did it twice and i only lost maybe 2 lbs and that's a maybe.. but i did lose inches and it was more noticeable in pics then anything. i now take pics for everything as sometimes i find the results small but when you look at the pics you can really see the difference!0

I didn't see or feel much for results, but it wasn't super challenging for me other than killing my knees with the jumping. You said you don't have much weight to lose, so maybe you're already fit as well. The only thing I found was that I was able to plank for a long time from doing it.0
