arch hurt

My arch hurt after walking. Not 'when'. It was when my mom invite me to go shopping with her. And im walking from morning until night. But at tht time, im didnt feel any pain. I just feel exhausted. *btw.. im using a shoes* and when i home, its starting to hurts, just a little and i go to sleep. In the next morning its dissappear. But when im doing a morning walk *kind of fast pace*. After the walk ita began hurt again. And now... its still hurt. Should i take a rest day?
