I just got done looking through a post with a bunch of awesome pictures of delicious and nutritious meals! All I know how to cook is turkey burgers and different variations of an egg sandwich.
I would greatly appreciate any recipe that you would be comfortable sharing, I want to write them on notecards and make a recipe roll-a-dex and try them one by one.
if you wouldn't mind including ingredients and cooking instructions, I know it might be time consuming but I would really appreciate it, consider it a birthday present!
This is my first post, I've been on for about two months! If you want to add me you totally can!

There's a whole forum for recipes at http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/14-recipes if you're not looking for anything specific.
Here's my recipe for the evening:
Beer Recipe:
1) Buy a flat of beer
2) Open one can
3) Drink
4) If less than 10 in total, go to step 2, if more, go to step 5
5) Make poor decisions and fall down
6) Forget in the morning
7) Profit0 -
Jessica-
Happy BIRTHDAY!
I know it's a bit late for a birthday breakfast, but here ya go.
Spicy Banana's Foster (or Spicy Grilled Apple):
In a skillet
Heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil over medium heat.
Add 1 sliced banana (or sliced apple)
Add a light coating of Cayenne Pepper
and a coating of Ground Cinnamon
Use a spatula to turn once or twice.
Serve Banana Caramelized (or Apple cooked through).
Both are healthy and amazing for breakfast (you can add an egg in to the apple and it will taste like fresh apple pie.0 -
