Hi everyone! I'm brand new to this website, and so far I find it pretty neat
I am 19 years old and I have always disliked my body. Being a full time college student doing a stage in youth protection and working on weekends means that I don't have much time to exercise as much as I would like to. My parents have recently informed me that we are going on vacation for Christmas. We are leaving the 18th of December to be exact. The PANIK button went off in my head; beach = bathing suit = showing off the not-so-hot body. I don't have much time, and though I want to take my time to do this process well, I want to lose the weight and FAST. I have a month and a bit to do this. Anyone have any tips on how to accelerate the process? I think my goal is realistic, I would like to loose around 7 pounds before the 18. I just want to get rid of my love handles! The vacation site where I am going has a huge gym, I am thrilled since I will for once have the time to go to a gym and therefore continue the weight loss over there.

just through eating right (~1200 cals a day) I was able to lose 8 lbs since the 14th of october, so your goal is TOTALLY doable! I too have ZERO time to exercise. Good luck. MFP is great!0

hey and welcome
honestly theres no 'quick fix' to drop the lbs..trust me i wish there was! just be sensible and make sensible decisions about what you eat and where possible walk to places rather than use transport
