This stems from quest bars. I recently discovered them and I love them for breakfast and my afternoon snack. Between that and the veggies my fiber is about 30-50g a day.
I also have found that they help me up the protein and wrangle down the fats at the same time and I am not as hungry. I have noticed I eat smaller lunches (like a salad) versus a sandwich and chips this way along with smaller dinners because I am not so hungry. Is this an ok thing to do during the week at work or should I change it?

Oh you'll know when you have too much fiber. 30-50 isn't anything extreme.0
