how to achieve a body like eugenie bouchard's?

Hi everyone, I'm 19 and have just joined a gym a week ago. I am clueless and do not know what exercise to do.

I am 170cm tall and weigh 62.4kg. My body fat percentage is 30.5%(19.0kg), with a muscle mass of 40.8kg. Total bone weight percentage is 45.8%.

I want to achieve a body like Eugenie Bouchard's(link to picture below). I really like her body! Not too muscular nor too thin. My current body frame is something like hers, and is close to that I would say, except my legs and arms are not as toned as hers, and i have a tummy!!!!

I'm often afraid that my arms/thighs/calves would get huge and manly after doing strength or cardio workouts. I've been to the gym for only a week, and i could feel like my thighs and calves got huger, but firmer. Also, cardio or strength workout first? I've been hearing so many different people telling/advising different sequences.

Do you have any exercise programs that I could perform in the gym? Or any advice? what should i do in order to get a body like that? That would be great!
Thank you in advance.

People train for years, gulping down food til they fill ill, in an effort to 'get big'. Getting big doesn't come easy. It's very hard. It's a myth that anyone can get bulky by accident.

If you want to lose weight, eat a calorific deficit. Exercise works the muscle underneath so it looks good when the fat is shed.

After that, you may consider building muscle. This means eating a calorific surplus plus strength training.

You can't really do both at once - I mean, you can but it's very slow, lots of lengthy debates about its worth etc. Going up and down is the most common way. So cut a bit, then bulk (yes there'll be some fat gain), then cut (say, lose X% BF), then bulk... repeat. For a long time. You can gain 1/2 a pound of muscle a month or less. It's tougher for women. So it won't come quick - or accidentally!

You might want to consider talking to a trainer to learn how to use the weights and talk about an exercise plan. Alternatively, NerdFitness can be a great resource for programs and routines - although there's plenty out there, just by googling strength routines.

Do strength to get stronger, do cardio to lose weight. If you enjoy cardio then do a bit more but too much will - or might, people argue about this one too - impact your muscle gain later down the line. The consensus is you can look muscley or look like a runner, but not really both. But again it's another debateable issue everyone has a view on, and you're best doing what's right for you once you've explored a bit and really decided on your goals (my goal a few weeks ago was 'weight loss', but now I'm done - so what next? Get stronger and bigger. Your goals will change too as your body changes.)
