confused??

if you were to do 100 ab crunches, 50 squats and a 30second plank as part of your daily exercises ... how do you log/count the calories burned??

    I probably wouldn't bother. that would not burn a lot of calories, and caloric burn should not be the reason for doing that type of exercise, the benefits of such exercises are much far reaching than caloric burn, though crunches may be wasting your time, could probably do other exercises that would take as long and give you much more bang for your buck.

    I don't log them as cardio, I log them as strength exercises.
