Water Intake

Question - I started the Advocare 24 Day Challenge and am curious to know, does the 8 oz water, I add to the Spark Morning Drink, and the 8 oz water I add to the Fiber drink count as 2 glasses of water as well; or do I need to omit those when I am doing my daily water count? Hopefully this question makes sense!

I am not to sure myself, but I just count plain water.0

So far I have only counted the water itself, but another person told me otherwise -- so It made me question it. I think I will just continue doing it that way as well.0

The way I figure is that more water can't hurt, except for having to pee every 20 minutes.0

LOL!! You aren't lying! I used to never wake up in the middle of the night either to pee, but, it's a different story now! -_-
And yes, more water, the better. I'll continue to count it separate.0 -

Yes. The water you add to mix your drinks counts as "water". Ditto on coffee, tea, mixed energy drinks, etc... . There is a lot of water in produce as well. One of the "dangers" is over-hydrating.

Thank you, I will take that into consideration! I am still a bit confused on how much, due to controversy recommendations. Some say 8 Cups, others say 1/2 my body weight. That's a 62 OZ difference!0
