Anyone from NJ?

Hi All! Anyone from NJ? What are your health and fitness goals and hobbies? I am 43 and in perimenopause so I am really having trouble maintaining and keeping off weight, especially in the belly and back area. I would like to lose about 10 pounds. I currently exercise doing aerobics about 5-6 days a week and think I eat healthy. I would like to eat more whole foods and mix up my fitness some more (seems like there is no time!) I Loooooooooooooooooooooove the beach and being outdoors, hiking, etc. How about you?

    Middlesex County here; I lift weights (Starting Strength protocol) thrice weekly and do light cardio between sessions. Looking to get stronger, which has entailed actually adding 30 lb. since the beginning of the year, even as physical appeal has improved markedly.
