Just had this for breakfast and wanted to share! I made it up myself on the fly:

1/3 cup (50g) Krusteaz Buttermilk pancake mix (180 cal)
1 tbs (6.5g) Bob's whole ground flaxseed (30 cal)
1/4 cup 1% milk (25 cal)
1 scoop (15g) EAS Lean 15 Vanilla Cream protein powder (50 cal)
a splash of water to thin it a little, because batter will be too thick

Cook like regular pancakes; makes 3 pancakes (serves 1). 285 cal, 16g protein, 6g fat, 11g sugar.

I also had 2 tsp of reduced calorie syrup for an additional 17 cal, making breakfast 302 calories total.
Tastes really good with nice texture, can be modified to your preferred protein powder, etc. Could be eaten enjoyably on their own with no syrup but I have a sweet tooth & 2 tsp was the bare minimum I needed.
