Does anyone know of an effective cleanse that doesn't cost "money"? :ohwell:

Fiber rich foods and tons of water. That's all you need!
  • Fibre water...and barley. That's what my grandfather used for the cows in the spring. Green tea is also supposed to get things moving.

Only Fruit, Vegetables and Water for 3-5 days. One of my (super skinny) girl friends did it, (to support her hubby) and she said she really noticed a difference in her body!

Any good laxitive will do the same thing. Or do it the natural way and wait 3 days. every thing in your system is out by then.

Funny how people still belive in all the adds that tell you how empting your body will help you in some magical way.

I didn't say it was magic, I was just curious! I'm content with how I'm losing it but also figured doing a cleanse wouldn't hurt either!

Your body is quite efficient at cleansing itself with proper nutrition (to include high fiber & healthy fats), proper hydration, and adequate rest. It's about as cheap & easy as it comes.

It could hurt if you are not careful. Cleanses are not worth the potential damage you can do to your body!

You can do clear broth and liquids for 3 days. Organic would be ideal.

Ask your doctor for a colonoscopy - for some, your insurance will cover it!!
