I mean it...I am just done. Completely. Do you want to quit with me? Then do it!
Be done with all the gimmicks that steal your money but give you no results....No more pills, no more quick fixes, no more programs endorsed by celebrities that we have never once seen fat! No more wraps and no more creams. No more doing workout programs that no way fit into your lifestyle! No more excuses.
Eat food, real food, log it in. Watch your calorie intake, eat at a deficit. Don't starve yourself! There are millions of amazing foods out there you can use to fuel your body! Food, itself, does not make you fat! Don't hate it. Embrace the amazing things it can do for you! Research and learn what those amazing things are!
MOVE your body! Do things that make you happy! If you like to dance, dance. If you like to lift heavy things, then by all means LIFT THE HEAVIEST THINGS YOU CAN FIND! Run around, play at the play ground, go for a swim, Do yoga at the beach, take a kick boxing class, Row a boat or a canoe or a kayak.
Learn! Learn about your body, nutrition and fitness. Visit as many sites as possible, read books, find others to discuss these things with. Debate! Your mind is just as important as the rest of your body! USE IT!
Stop sitting on the couch saying you have nothing to do. You have plenty to do! You have an amazing life to live....adventures to take.

I already QUIT....QUIT back in August of last year.
I now walk daily at least 1.5 miles day if not more. When finally cleared after surgery, I will be back at the gym.
Eat healthier foods and a lot less of the other foods. Even eat less of all foods--portion control.
So I would love to QUIT with you but I already have QUIT and plan to stay on the QUIT plan.
