How many calories would there be in one serving of this pasta dish I prepared for the family? I added chicken and spinach to it too.

    Use the recipe builder on this website, and you will be able to figure it out per serving for the ingredients you used.

    You can import the recipe into the recipe builder
    I did it for you and it says 570 cals for each portion assuming you made it exactly as they said and divided it into 4 equal servings. I assumed you used 2 rather than 3 tbsps of oil, and didn't add parmesan.

    You will need to add in chicken and spinach yourself as you didn't say how much you used, and more olive oil and the parmesan if you used them.
