Anyone do Soul Cycle?

Anyone else do Soul Cycle out there? It's a boutique, full-body spin (crunches and weights while spinning) and stupid expensive, but very addictive. As far as I know it's in Cali, New York, and Connecticut.

Curious if there's anyone else out there -- are you burning lots of calories? Anyone done it with a heart-rate monitor on yet?

It's kicked off my weight-loss like no other. I was losing a half pound every 10 days eating right and walking, but now I seem to be losing a half point every week or less!
