Figuring out calorie numbers with workouts

According to myfitness, I am to consume 1760 calories a day to lose 1.5 pounds a week. With my workouts (which are hard to measure), I burn about 325 calories. I usually get in 1350 calories a day, except on the weekends when I eat more calories. Say I burn 325 calories at the gym (1300) and run a deficit of 410 (2050), would I still be adhering to my diet if I carry over the 3350 calories from working out and under eating to the weekend from the week?
