Should I log my activity?

I am not very active. I bought T-25, and am starting it tomorrow (due to schedule, I need Wednesday as my rest day, not Sunday). I am considering not logging my activity specifically to keep them out of the equation for consumable calories for the day. What are your thoughts/advice?

If you are using MFP's numbers then yes, log your activity. MFP expects you to eat them back, they already have the deficit calculate in with the assumption you will eat back exercise calories.
If you calculated your TDEE and are using a % of that then no, don't log activity because it is already factored in.0
