Is it possible...?

Hi everyone!

So, I am 5'3 and 140lbs, I ideally want to lose 10-13lbs in 2 and a half months. If you were me, how would you go about it? I have all Summer. :)

With only 2 1/2 months,
should I go with high interval training? Eating about 1500 calories? (Or less?)
Or should I eat about 1300 calories do something like Yoga and purchase wii?


I love cardio, but I don't exactly feel safe jogging outside. :(

    You have a realistic goal with your time frame. I would start at 1500 calories and exercise 5-6 days a week alternating resistance training and cardio workouts. Message me if you want some specific ideas.

    Maybe burn 300-500 more a day and eat a little bit less?
