My ticker isn't working

I am still trying to work out how to use this site but think I am getting there...apart from my ticker.

So my starting weight just over 2 weeks ago was 165 lbs.
It is now 156lbs.

My ticker, for my starting weight, even though I wrote in 165lbs, keeps reverting back to 156lbs. OR does it mean my starting weight when I first joined this website, rather than when I first started trying to lose weight?

At the moment my ticker shows at 0. How can I get it to show the 165lbs in my starting weight with the 156lbs in my present weight so I can see that I have already lost 9lbs in total?

It's ok now, after going round in circles I have finally worked it out
