Coolest food gadget yet

Anybody hear of this thing yet https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/903107259/1065249597 ? Point it at your food and it can tell the nutritional make up. If it is accurate it seems like the holy grail for calorie counters.
(I hope this doesn't sound like an ad because it isn't I just think it is a really cool concept)
