Other than Runtastic are there any good free apps for maping the distance you walk? Any info would be great. Thanks!

Oh hey, someone asking for an app to use while walking and specifying what they want it for.
I use runkeeper for everything (when you start a workout you select what type of activity you are doing), I know other people use MapMyRun and like it (I assume it does the same thing).
My sister has some kind Asics (I think? ) branded app.
Runkeeper has a free and a paid version - the free version is pretty robust, I think the paid version just lets you run some metrics on your data.0 -

I use map my walk! Its great and woks real well.!0

I use MapMyRun and you can sync it to MFP so it automatically logs your exercise0

I use RunKeeper. A lot of my friends are on it. I also use it to log other workouts.0

I use map my run but I just got a Garmin Forerunner 610 GPS watch. Its amazing. I prefer it over all iphone apps. It cost me just under $300.0
