Hi everyone! I work a lot of events and promotional jobs, and work serving food. A lot of my shifts are 10-12 hours and you don't really get a break. What are good, portable, high energy snacks/ meals that are easy to eat quickly/ aren't messy and are good for keeping energy up? Thanks!!

I've been there! You can still pack a lunch (insulated cooler bag) and sneak some food in your mouth here and there. I'd pack sandwiches, nuts, tuna packets, granola bars, greek yogurt, fruit cups, beef jerky, sliced cheese, and a Starbucks Doubleshot Espresso. Make sure you're drinking lots of water!!
You got this! It just takes a little bit of prep!0 -
If I have a big breakfast I can go easily 10-12 hours without another meal, so try having a larger breakfast.
You might want to try some of the Kind bars. I like the pecan cinnamon, dark chocolate sea salt, and nut delight flavors. 200 calories and easy to stash in your purse or pocket (obviously, don't put the ones that include chocolate in your pocket) and eat quickly.0
