Multivitamins

I want to start taking a multivitamin again so I'm taking suggestions. Bonus points if you know for sure they are safe for use while breastfeeding a 1 year old. I used to take GNC's but a friend of my husbands is recommending Opti-women to me, I've already printed out the ingredient list for Opti-women to take to the Pediatrician so may as well take a few others in case this one doesn't work out (I'm fully expecting it not to with my luck) .I'm also wondering if it would be better to just stick to the prenatal they recommend breastfeeding women take or if taking a multivitamin more formulated for weight loss would be best? If prenatal recommend me a good one.

I breast fed both of my children. I continued to take my pre natal vits until I had weaned them off.0
