I am having my first Sonic Blast since I started working to lose weight. It's a splurge day, I can eat the small and not go over my maintenance calories, I'm going for it...
So, I go to Sonic, place my order and the lady brings it out. She tells me that there is a short survey on the receipt and, if I complete it, I can get a free Rt 44 drink! Then she goes on to add that, if I wanted, I could even make that Rt 44 an M&M Blast. First thing out of my mouth, "Holy cow do you know how many calories that is?? A small is 900!"
Wow! Over 2800 calories in a cup!
Granted, there are ways this could be bought and shared or saved and eaten over time but .. just, wow.
