Running and T25

I really enjoy running. I had to take a break due to health reasons for several months and I am getting back into it, rebuilding my miles. I am currently on week 7 of C25K Distance. I am also doing Focus T25. I am getting great results from the program and for the first 2 weeks I was able to run and to T25 the same day, but now in my 5th week of T25, I can't seem to pull that off anymore. Even when I run on non-T25 days, I am struggling to get through my runs. My runs are getting longer and T25 will get more intense as I head to Beta next week. Losing weight is my first priority, but I also would like to manage both, any recommendations?

Is it a timing issue maybe? Are you running right after T25 (or vice versa)? Maybe do one workout in the morning and the other in the evening.

I tried it before. The benefits was awesome lost a lot although I gained it all back after plantar faciitis and knee and back pain plague me due to overtraining.

Either split the workouts morning and evening or do them on alternate days. Saturday and Sunday are kind of "off days" from T25 and your body could probably handle a shorter run on the same day as ab intervals and speed 1.0 so maybe do it that way. I haven't gotten to beta yet, so have no advice for those weeks.

I'm doing Insanity and run 2-3 times a week 5k every other day and Sunday is my rest day.

I'm starting insanity tomorrow and also run 5k twice a week and 10k once. I might need to adjust or shorten my runs but I'll see how it goes.
