Want to get some semi affordable protein powder but gaining muscle is not my number one priority. Just want to have it in the house on days I know I won't be eating my usual sources of protein/not as much and for shakes. Preferably one that's not loaded with sugars and bad ingredients. Any brands to look to?

I use ON protein powders, Not exactly inexpensive but you get what you pay for. You could even go to walmart and get a pretty good/inexpensive product. I think they sell EAS0
