NASM question

So I'm running into certain things during my studies for the NASM that are giving me a severe lack of confidence. I'm just wondering what others experiences may have been.

When going through the text, and doing flash cards that are self created or otherwise, I can give you the term if you give me the definition, but I cannot give you the definition as written in the book if you give me the word. I can explain exactly what it means, but all the jargon is just completely lost on me.

I know exactly what it does, and my answers are right on point, hence the ability to give you the term when the scientific definition is given.

I'm just worried not being able to spout out the jargon and terms as put in the book will hamper my efforts, even though I'm obviously understanding what they are saying.

As long as you understand what the terms mean and can select the right definition in a multiple choice test, you're golden.

With that said, if you don't know the meaning of any jargon they use in the definitions, you should learn it.

That's just it.....if asked, I know the meaning of the jargon.

However, I can't repeat the jargon in a definition of the term. I have a hard time recalling it to speak it. If spoken to, or asked what neuromuscular efficiency is, I can explain it.
