The nutritional information on the bag is usually given as frozen weight so I go with that.0

Annoyingly McCain (best chips in the UK) only give cooked weight I think, pretty hard to guess what it'll be when you put it in frozen!0 -
I look on the bag. The confusing bit for me is the calorie count when I fry them. I cant have them any other way. Hate oven chips.0
