    The kids are sabotaging my challenge efforts! I had to drive them all over creation yesterday afternoon and I didn't have time to do my workout. How do you people with families and full times jobs manage to get the time for a challenge like this? Should I just start over from the beginning or pick up where I left off? URG why do they have to sabotage me!!!???

    I wish I could nap but it's very difficult for me. I tend to be very groggy and cranky afterwards so I figure it's not worth it and just skip naps. I'm afraid it might be effecting my weight loss efforts. Any tips?
