My lastest thing is 2 rice cakes topped with PB and strawberries. Try it you might like it!!!! If anyone else has some suggestions PLEASE add I need all the help that I can get!!!0

I eat sweets in moderation. But really, I try not to eat 'junky' sweets anymore... if I'm going to spend 300 calories on something, it better be delicious.
Although I guess it depends on what your definition of 'junk' is. For me it's cheap candy/chocolate/packaged baked goods. Everything else is fair game  I probably eat 300 calories of sweets a day, I just workout more to make it possible.0
