Losing weight after baby?

I had my daughter 6 and a half months ago now but that's me only just getting the motivation to start losing weight properly at last. I was 11 stone at the start of pregnancy, and by the end was 15 stone 2 (154 up to 212 lbs!)
Anyways, I'm currently at 12 stone 3 (171 lbs) with my goal of getting back to 11.

Has anyone got any tips for weight loss with a baby, I'm using the Wii but need more.
Also, women out there, I'm about to start Cerazette, terrified it will make me put on weight and be a nightmare for my husband to live with....any personal experiences would be great :)
