Why does my office want me to fail?!?!

I was on my way to work this morning and then all of a sudden my desk just FORCED me to drive to a local donut shop and pick up a couple dozen donuts. Why does my desk have to be so mean and unsupportive?!?!

True story... our donut shop's signature donut is called Bearscat, as in bear poop. it looks like this.
