Hi Everybody! I'm one of many wonderful diet professionals!!!! I've been on every diet known to man and lost weight only to gain it back and more. Now I need your help and I want to encourage others to make this a lifestyle change and not a diet......We all can lose weight one way or another my goal is finally love and accept myself to finally once and for all make the lifestyle change needed to make this weight loss roller coater go into retirement! I'm 5'2 and weigh 204 lbs. My goal is between 140-150. I'm in a huge need of friends and support.. To make this more challenging I am also 55 years old lol.
