Can I cut myself short?

If I had too many calories yesterday, can I short myself slightly today to stay on track? I think I'm having a "cry me a river" type of day. I ate some oreos... :*(

    Oh wait???

If I go with the "calories earned" from exercise, I'm okay several days, but if I just stick to the 1200 and "bank" the other calories, I'm not doing great.

    Help!

I don't follow the "banked" calorie theory, personally, if I go over for a day, I don't even think about it the next day. I'd rather just start over from scratch every morning. That way you're not trying to do too many calculations in your head. It has worked out pretty well for me so far.
