So I bought this HUGE tub of whey protein (BodyTech) about a month ago and I have been using it almost every single day when I wake up in the morning as a pre-workout meal or just an early breakfast if I don't workout that day. However, I JUST realized the stuff has sucralose in it and I know I've heard and seen a lot of people say that artificial sweeteners are bad for you and can stall weight loss:/ I'm also on a clean eating lifestyle change so I don't know if It's a big deal or not. I'm hoping it isn't since I can't return it anymore haha.

It's not a big deal and isn't going to stall weight loss. I put sucralose sweetener in my breakfast every day, if it was going to stall weight loss then I would be a prime candidate for it (but I'm down 75lbs instead. hmm.)0

Most protein powders (at least the ones I've seen and used) have sucralose in it, instead of "real" sugar. I'd imagine it's to keep the calories down. You can buy them without artificial sweeteners too.
Artificial sweeteners are all bad as long as you don't have any adverse effects. The only "bad" thing I notice about sucralose is the aftertaste, no matter if it's from protein powder, energy drink, or other sugar free product.0 -
It took me a while to find a protein powder that didn't contain any artificial sweeteners but I found this and I love it...it's yummy.
