Best way to estimate TDEE?

I switched departments at work and I am now super active (briskly walking 8-12 miles a day on top of lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying 10-50lbs frequently). For the past few months, I have not been logging accurately. I end up stuffing my face at the end of the night because I feel super hungry and despite this, I continue to lose more weight each week than I want. I am definitely eating over 2000 calories, even though it is not logged. Is there somewhere around the internet where I can actually add all of my daily activity to get a very accurate estimate of how much my body needs? Selecting "very active" doesn't seem to be good enough. I know I can just increase my calories and do trial and error, but I'm curious about how much my body is using anyway.
