Ketogenic diet ... anyone?

Anyone on it? After breaking down at the doctor's office about how difficult it is for me to lose weight despite my best efforts (I workout a minimum of 4x a week and I spend my Sunday's in the kitchen preparing my meals for the week until my feet are red and swollen from the hours I spend standing up) he told me if I really wanted to lose weight I needed to get into a ketosis state and stay there. I started Saturday May 31st and to my surprise I didn't get the Keto-flu (Thank God). I'm keeping my carbs under 20g daily and to be honest, I feel GREAT. The swelling around my ankles has gone down A LOT, my face has cleared up in as little as 6 days, my energy is good, I'm sleeping better and I'm more focused. I also don't have those awful sweet cravings I use to get .. so far so good. I'm really enjoying how I feel and I'm researching about becoming keto-adapted.
Any tips, pointers, advice, yummy keto friendly recipes you'd like to share w/ me?

I've been on keto for coming up two years. During this time I've dropped more than 85lbs and I feel fantastic. There is a great keto community over on reddit if you want support, tips, recipes.
