When I first signed on I was only lightly active and that's what I checked.
Now I exercise at least 3 times a week. Can I continue the just eating back calories from the exercise or should I go and change the "exercise" setting. Is one better than the other?

If what you are doing stick with it, also if you make a change...give it a month before you form a opinion. Most are not truly sedatary, so slightly active is normally a good setting.0

Either should work out pretty much the same calorie-wise. If you like to log your exercise and see it show in your feed, I'd stick with eating those calories back. Though, can log it as burning 1 calorie.0

I would change your activity level, if it is something that is consistent and not likely to change anytime soon.0
