Day 8 Feels Great

I think getting started is the hardest part, I am on day 8 of calorie counting and excercise. First time in a gym in over 10 years! I am extremely motivated to reach my end goal and have been pushing hard for these first 8 days. I feel really good and have been enjoying the excercise so far. I have already made some great friends on here and the support and daily interactions are amazing! Such positive energy and seeing others outstanding accomplishments in fitness and logging is encouraging to me. I am excited to see where I will be physically and emotionally in another week!

Just want this energy to continue.... and reach my November GOAL!
