Good news/bad news

I have been a member here for years with a lot of success.....several years ago. I lost about 25lbs about 3-4 years ago. The good news is I have maintained. The bad news is I am still uncomfortable.....just in a different way. I never made it to a final goal, really I was far from it but I was satisfied with the results I had......then. Now I would like to persue a new goal and lose the rest of the weight. I am 5'8 and weigh 167. I am going to try to lose 23lbs this time. I am going to do it slowly and try to be patient.
So modifying my food and drinking my water.....this will be me. I am going to committ to exercising every day even if it is just a long walk. Maybe I will find a fun challenge to participate in too. Wish me luck!
