Hello (Kinda New)

Well hello everyone :)
I've been on the site for a little while but this is the first time I've checked out the message boards. I've been consistantly loosing weight each week since July 24th and now I've notice I've had to work harder to keep up those results. So here I am introducing myself to you all hoping that with a little support I will be able to keep moving towards my weight loss goals.
So again HELLO and I look forward to getting to know all of you.

    Welcome. I have been on MFP for almost 4 months. It's the best decision I have made in many years. I have lost weight with diets many times before, but it was never a lifestyle change.
