Ok, so through eating less and moving more (mostly diet though) my belly is shrinking, and sometimes (on my good days) I can wake up with an almost flat stomach.. no ab definition whatsoever, but baby steps! BUT I still have this stubborn line, like a crease under my belly button and above the line of my underwear, I guess from where I had more fat there, possibly combined with bad posture/hunching at my desk like a weirdo (i'm working on it!).
Ladies- does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone managed to get rid of it..does it go away with time (more fat loss/more muscle gain/better posture), or am I stuck with it? i know it's probably much less of an issue than I'm building it up to be but yanno, insecurities (plus photoshop means obv you never see a woman in a magazine with a belly crease).
