eating back your calories

Just a quick question, but do you eat back the calories that you burn off during exercising?

Yes, or most of them. Pay attention to your "net" calories. You should never have any less than 1200 net calories, and even that is quite low.0

If you're using MFP's calorie goals then yes, the site is designed to give you a lower goal than many other calorie-counting programs expecting that you'll eat back the extra calories you earn through exercise. With the caveat that this assumes you have a fairly accurate estimate of how many calories you're burning during workouts.
