Let's try this yet Again :)

I have spent last few months dealing with another issue, and has recently had surgery okay, had surgery yesterday, and I really really need to get on some sorta track.... any track would be good. I have a lapband half used, I have tried WW, Atkins, Bob Green, 6 week body makeover, I tried hiking 5 days a week 4 to 5 miles a day, I tried biking up to 50 miles a week, I joined a gym and saw my personal trainer 4 days a week........ I never broke the 260 lb even at my most active. I never did fill my lap band to the sweet spot... recently I gained 30 lbs in less than 16 weeks. I am obviously doing something wrong, so I think I am going to start tracking my exercise and food again, we shall see
